Fabrice Brossart
Fabrice joined Hiscox as Group Chief Risk Officer in November 2023. A member of the Group Executive Committee, he leads the risk, compliance and privacy teams across the Group, ensuring that each business unit has an appropriate and effective risk management framework. Hiscox is a diversified international insurance and reinsurance business, listed on the London Stock Exchange and headquartered in Bermuda, with over 3,000 staff across 14 countries and 34 offices.
Fabrice joined Hiscox from AIG, where he was lately CRO for International General Insurance, having held several senior positions in Risk Management and Actuarial in London and New York. He was previously Chief Actuary for AXA Insurance UK, having started his career as a Life and General Insurance actuarial consultant at Watson Wyatt in 1997.
An alumnus of France’s Ecole Polytechnique with an MSc in Mathematics and Engineering and a degree in Statistics and Economics from ENSAE, Fabrice holds actuarial qualifications in France and the UK as well at the Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary designation. He recently completed the Financial Times Program for Non-Executive Directors. Fabrice is a regular speaker at industry events and a double recipient of InsuranceERM’s CRO of the Year award.
