Hayley Budd is Head of Innovation at Atrium where she focuses on developing insurance solutions for new technologies and emerging risks that don’t quite fit the mould. Prior to joining Atrium, she was Innovation Class Lead at Apollo, where she worked with partners to launch several new products spanning areas such as AI liability, carbon transition, supply chain disruption, and a changing workforce. With more than 20 years’ experience across the insurance industry, Hayley brings broad expertise and perspective to product development and underwriting new categories of risk. She works with clients, brokers, and partners to identify emerging protection gaps and build solutions that support innovation, resilience, and growth.
