In her current role as a Senior Innovation Underwriter at Chaucer, she develops, evaluates, and underwrites innovative insurance solutions through research, design, and testing.

Before joining Chaucer, Iryna was part of the Lloyd’s Lab leadership team, driving growth, investment, and partnerships for insurtech ventures.
