Jane is Chief Executive Officer of Aon UK, Ireland and South Africa and is responsible for the delivery of Aon’s 3x3 Plan in the country, to help us go further, faster on Aon United and develop world class colleague and client experiences.

With over 20 years’ experience in risk and insurance, Jane playing a pivotal part in ensuring Aon can consistently offer best-in-class service to clients and the market.

Jane has served as deputy chair of the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) and chair of the Insurance Broking Standards Committee since 2023, where she has represented Aon and its clients’ interests on many key matters.
