Rick studied actuarial science at the University of Amsterdam. He started his career at Goldman Sachs as an analyst. Following this he worked a long career with actuarial technology companies. This included companies such as WTW, RMS, and FIS. His experiences ranges from retail pricing to commercial lines, specialty lines and reinsurance. He also worked in BDX management and currently he is responsible for Sales at MavenBlue, helping the insurance sector simplify and automate pricing processes. He also holds an MBA from the University of The Hague.
