Advisory Board

The ITC London Advisory Board is a carefully selected group of senior leaders and industry experts whose insight and experience underpin the strategy of the event. Drawing on decades of global experience across insurance, insurtech, investment, and innovation, the board helps ensure that every keynote, panel, case study and breakout session delivers actionable insights, highlights emerging trends, and provides delegates with the clarity and perspective needed to navigate an increasingly complex market. Their collective expertise acts as a guiding compass, validating content and shaping the conversations that matter most to professionals in the sector.

Jillian Slyfield, CIO, Aon

Jillian is responsible for Aon's Innovation at Scale strategy. She previously served as a Digital Economy Practice Leader, where she addressed digital disruption of traditional industries and the on-demand economy with a focus on mobility as a service, the future of work and platform marketplaces.

Prior to joining Aon in 2015, she served as a leading advisor to mid-size and global organisations while working for an international brokerage firm and a number of national multi-risk insurance companies.

Slyfield holds a Bachelor of Sciences from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University. At Aon, she serves on the firm’s Global Inclusive Leadership Council and advises several emerging tech businesses.

Arslan Hannani, Chief Innovation Officer, Aviva

Arslan leads Aviva’s innovation agenda, driving initiatives to support Aviva in becoming a future-ready enterprise. This includes developing new growth engines, fostering a culture of innovation and ensuring that Aviva remains at the forefront of industry advancements.


Before joining Aviva, Arslan was a Global Vice President at Travelers Insurance, focusing on strategy, innovation and business development. He has previously held several leadership roles within underwriting, propositions, corporate development and strategy for Zurich Insurance.


Arslan holds a degree in Finance and is a recognised thought leader in the innovation space. He has a global background having worked in both emerging and mature markets, with roles in the UK, Middle East, Europe and USA.

Melissa Collett, CEO, Insurtech UK 

Insurtech UK is the world’s largest formal insurtech alliance, with a membership base of over 130 companies. Appointed as its first CEO in 2023, Melissa is leading the organisation’s mission to make the UK a global hub for insurance innovation, expanding international partnerships, and strengthening collaboration between insurtechs, insurers, and policymakers.

A lawyer by training with over 25 years in insurance and financial services, she previously served as Executive Director at the Chartered Insurance Institute and Senior Ombudsman at the Financial Ombudsman Service. Recognised for her thought leadership on AI and digital ethics in insurance, she is a frequent keynote speaker, industry awards judge, and was a finalist for Insurance Times Tech Champion of the Year 2024.

Manjit Rana, EVP Insurance, Clearspeed

Manjit is an experienced entrepreneur and innovation leader with a strong track record of building and scaling technology-driven businesses in insurance.

Currently EVP Insurance at Clearspeed and Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Nottingham, he is a global speaker on insurtech and innovation, mentor and advisor to various insurtech startups.

Widely recognised as a thought leader on insurance innovation, he has deep expertise across the UK, US, and APAC markets, combining commercial acumen with creativity to translate emerging ideas into profitable, scalable ventures. With specialties spanning proposition development, business strategy, and technology-enabled transformation, he is passionate about developing solutions that address industry challenges and create meaningful value for today’s connected customers.

Jeremy Brown, Head of Climate Strategies & Investments, Anthemis

Jeremy Brown is Head of Climate Strategies and Investment Principal at Anthemis, a $1bn AUM venture capital asset manager, where he leads early and growth-stage investments in climate fintech and insurtech across Europe and North America.

With a background spanning deep tech, energy, and the built environment, he has held investment roles in Silicon Valley, Berlin, and London, including at Foundamental and Plug and Play Ventures, and previously headed investments at a pre-seed deep tech fund.

A former geophysicist and product manager, Jeremy combines scientific expertise with venture experience to back innovative solutions at the intersection of technology, climate, and financial services. He holds a Ph.D. in Geophysics and an MBA from Stanford University, and has worked internationally across the Netherlands, Australia, France, Germany, and the United States.

Parul Kaul Green, CEO, Eudaimon Consulting

Parul has over 20 years of experience driving transformation across insurance, asset management, and banking. As a CFA charterholder, she combines financial rigor with operational excellence to deliver sustainable growth, scalable operating models, and digital innovation.

Recognized as a Top Fintech Leader and Powerful Woman in Insurtech, she has led enterprise-wide change at AXA and Aviva Investors, designing M&A strategies, building client-centric digital platforms, and spearheading ESG and regulatory-tech initiatives.

As a board advisor and startup mentor, she specialises in scaling fintech and insurtech innovation, aligning commercial success with systemic resilience in financial markets.
